Dog’s Eye View Media (DEVM) is a family owned and operated micro-publisher, specializing in nonfiction titles. We have a strong slant towards educating people about animals, nature, volunteerism, and travel, preferably by using humor. DEVM was established in 2007 by a family of writers who realized they had more books between them than many small publishing houses and were doing most of their own marketing themselves. Throughout 2008-10 we are slowly moving our own titles under one roof, as we seek out other writers and manuscript that make a real difference, while looking at the world from a different angle. Please note: DEVM is not a vanity press. We demand the highest quality of the titles that represent our company. While we set up our own titles we will only consider a few submission per year from outside writers. Please read our submissions page carefully for details. 10% of the profits from all our ‘Let’s Go Visit’ book goes to animal related charities. Author Interviews: DEVM author interviews are available to the media. Our writing team welcomes the opportunity to help enhance your book review, provide quotes or be used as expert recourses for other articles and media appearances. This includes our anthology participants. DEVM offers reporters the ability to connect to one of the largest groups of experts on voluntourism in the world.
